Microsoft Dragon Copilot — presented in Australia by Voice Recognition Australia
Coming to Australia

Microsoft Dragon Copilot is coming to the Australian market

Dragon Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant for clinicians. It listens to the consultation, writes the clinical note, and takes care of the paperwork that follows — so the record is finished before the patient leaves the room. Microsoft has not announced an Australian release date. Register below and we will contact you when it becomes available here.

What Dragon Copilot does

Writes the note while you consult

With the patient's consent, Dragon Copilot listens to the conversation and drafts a structured clinical note from it. The clinician reviews and signs — the AI never writes to the record unchecked.

Dictation and ambient in one product

Everything Dragon Medical One does today — dictation, custom vocabulary, auto-texts, voice commands — plus ambient documentation, in a single application rather than two.

Handles what comes next

Referral letters, orders and summaries drafted from the same conversation, and answers to clinical questions drawn from trusted medical sources.

Available in Australia today: Dragon Medical One

While Dragon Copilot is on its way, Australian clinicians are not waiting. Dragon Medical One is available here now, runs on Australian infrastructure, and is supplied and supported by Voice Recognition Australia. It is the clinical dictation standard used across Australian hospitals, specialist rooms and general practice.

It is also the natural starting point. Microsoft documents a migration path from Dragon Medical One to Dragon Copilot that carries your saved commands, vocabularies, templates and auto-texts across — so the work you put in now is not lost when Copilot arrives.
